America Online's Spinner.com today announced the launch of the Music Download Showcase offering select downloadable music from today's hottest artists.

In cooperation with major record labels including launch partners Atlantic, Elektra, MCA and Warner Bros., Spinner.com will regularly provide listeners with a new selection of hot downloads of chart-topping music from marquee artists.

Now, visitors at Spinner.com's Music Download Showcase (www.spinner.com/musicdownloads) will be able to sample tracks from popular artists with a growing selection of top name tracks each month. The platinum selling artists currently featured on the Music Download Showcase include Filter "The Best Things," Stone Temple Pilots "Plush," Ol' Dirty Bastard "Got Your Money."

In addition an exclusive two for one download from FENIXtx and Blink-182 features "Everything's My Fault" and a special live recording of "Dumpweed." Each of the downloadable tracks will be offered in a digitally secure format and will be timed out to expire in 30 days.
