Internet.com Acquires DomainBook.com and Unclaimeddomains.com, Creating a One-Stop Marketplace for Internet Domain Names

internet.com (Nasdaq:INTM), the Internet Industry Portal, today announced it has acquired DomainBook.com (http://www.domainbook.com) and Unclaimeddomains.com (http://www.unclaimeddomains.com). Both Web sites, combined with internet.com's recent launch of DomainNotes.com, consolidate internet.com's position as a leading provider of domain name and registration information on the Web. Terms of the acquisitions were not disclosed.
DomainBook.com is one of the largest destinations on the Web connecting buyers directly with sellers of Internet domain names and provides broker referral services for Internet properties, Web sites and Internet-based businesses. UnclaimedDomains.com is a paid-subscription e-mail newsletter service offering exclusive access to lists of domain names as they expire from official registration services InterNIC and ICANN.
