Ambient Corporation Establishes Kliks.com Ltd. To Launch First Nationwide Screen Phone Network

Ambient Corporation (OTC BB: ABTG) announced the establishment of an affiliate, Kliks.com Ltd., which intends to launch a first nationwide Screen Phone services network in Israel.

The Screen Phone is designed to enable consumers to gain easy access to e-commerce interactive services such as e-mail, home banking and home shopping, as well as advanced telephony services, without a Personal Computer (PC). Ambient Corporation has recruited a highly experienced outstanding management and technical team led by Kliks.com Ltd. CEO Bernie Wolff, formerly Senior Vice President of Philips Home Services.

"Screen Phone technology opens the world of e-commerce and the Internet to 60% of the population that doesn't own a PC," said Wolff. "With the ease and simplicity of the touch of a button, Screen Phones can provide everyone with e-mail, e-commerce and advanced telephony capabilities." The Screen Phone effectively expands telephony services by offering consumers easy access to available call management options on screen. In addition, the Screen Phone could also become the central control unit for the "Smart Home", allowing users to regulate future "smart appliances" and utility consumption. Further applications such as bill presentation and payment could be enabled.

The company intends to generate revenues via telephony and Internet related services provided through the system.

Kliks.com has secured exclusive rights for Israel from a leading international supplier of Screen Phones. Kliks.com is currently negotiating with potential Israeli partners who have expressed interest in joining this venture.
