TEOCO Corporation, a provider of network cost management software solutions to such telecommunications carriers as Williams Communications, Teligent, Cable & Wireless, Intermedia and many others, today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Creative Support Solutions (CSS), an operational consulting firm headquartered in Austin, Texas.
This strategic alliance is designed to enhance the delivery of network cost management business and technology solutions to telecommunications providers.
The partnership combines TEOCO's industry-leading network cost management system, BillTrak Pro(TM) with CSS's consulting and implementation services to provide a more complete and flexible answer to TEOCO's telecom customer requirements. CSS's staff will be trained on TEOCO's network cost management software products and will serve as a preferred telecom consulting firm for TEOCO's telecommunications products.
