Class A Common Stock Now Listed on Both Nasdaq National Market and
the Stock Market of Amsterdam Exchanges
Crown Media Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq NM: CRWN) (ASE: CRWN) today announced it has begun trading its common stock on the Stock Market of Amsterdam Exchanges (ASE) under the ticker symbol CRWN. Shares of Crown Media's Class A common stock will continue to trade on the Nasdaq National Market.
