The GETPAID(R) Corporation, a leading supplier of collection and deduction management software and services, announces the promotion of Jim Mangano to Vice President of Client Services.

In this capacity, Jim will oversee the operations and growth of installation services, professional services, technical support and training. His objectives include maximizing the customer retention rate. "We have already implemented several tools that have enhanced our service to our customers," explains Jim. "One of these tools is the Customer Satisfaction Index, a measurement of our effectiveness in terms of technical support. We use this Index to gauge our performance, especially when we institute new programs and methodologies. Jim was promoted from Director of Client Services where he was instrumental in reinstating the User Group Meetings, instituting a stronger technical support program, and establishing the Customer Satisfaction Index. He has a strong background in client services and project management.
