Stampede Announces New VP of Marketing and Business Development; Former NCR Executive Joins Stampede to Broaden Awareness of Its Lotus Acceleration Tools

Stampede Technologies Inc., the leading developer of remote accelerator software, Tuesday announced that George Schneider has joined its ranks as its new vice president of marketing and business development.
Schneider brings over 35 years of business, marketing and engineering experience to Stampede Technologies to help establish Stampede as a cutting edge developer of acceleration products for Lotus Notes and Domino server environments.

Prior to Stampede, Schneider held senior level positions with NCR Corp. and IBM Corp. He was manager of marketing and business development for over 12 years at NCR, moving through the ranks from manager of engineering evaluation to senior product manager to manager of strategic planning.
In his 27-year stint with NCR, Schneider built a strong skill set to include marketing, business and strategic planning, product management and alliance marketing. Prior to NCR, Schneider worked at IBM as an evaluation and principal engineer.
Schneider will be driving the marketing efforts for all of Stampede's current products and future products, and will be responsible for new business development efforts to grow Stampede's relationships with large-scale customers.
