Changepoint facilitates efficiency and productivity for IT

services organizations that have reached their "Point of Change"

Changepoint Corporation today announced its new brand and advertising campaign, a key part of its mission to be a leading global provider of comprehensive Web-based business process automation solutions for IT services organizations.

These companies use Changepoint to automate and manage their internal operations as well as the interactions or workflow among all participants in the IT services supply chain.

"As Changepoint continues to extend its lead in the PSA (professional services automation) market, it is important that our corporate positioning and communications materials reflect our value proposition and successes in the industry, " said Gerry Smith, President and CEO of Changepoint Corporation. "Just as important, the new brand and advertising campaign reinforces the company's vision and business goals for our three hundred-plus employees spread across fifteen offices in North America and Europe."

Business Process Automation

Over the past several months, Changepoint has worked with Atlanta-based advertising agency DWP Bates to develop a brand initiative that emphasizes the efficiencies of a robust and fully integrated solution designed specifically for IT professional services organizations and corporate IT departments.

"IT services organizations, whether IT consulting firms, web developers, systems integrators, services divisions of software/hardware companies or corporate IT departments, are highly specialized and interdependent," said Chuck Tatham, Vice President of Marketing, Changepoint Corporation. "Their business processes and needs are very different from those of any other fee-for-service companies, such as law firms or advertising agencies. To that end, we have chosen an umbrella branding position - Business Process Automation (BPA) for IT Services - to refer to our offering of software and services that enable both IT PSOs and corporate IT departments to automate their core business processes for greater efficiency and profitability."

The campaign centers on the theme that Changepoint effects a significant and immediate change, or metamorphosis, on organizations challenged with streamlining and integrating their IT services supply chain. The 'before and after' effect is the basis of the new ad campaign with Changepoint as the point or catalyst to the change.

This new branding effort will impact all key areas of Changepoint's communication including the Web site, print and online advertising, marketing collateral and all corporate materials.
