EnterTech Media Group Enters Internet Distribution Agreement With SightSound Technologies; More Than 50 Movies to be Released for Download Delivery

LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Dec. 15, 2000

SightSound Technologies and EnterTech Media Group, Inc. announced today a distribution agreement for fifty movies, three of which will be available for download beginning today.

The first three titles are a myriad of features including the children's classic "Puss and Boots," the animated feature "The Legend of the North Wind," as well as "Across the Moon", starring Christina Applegate. The remaining programs to be released will consist of a multitude of genres, varying in length between 30 minutes and three hours. They will be available to rent from $1.99 to $3.99 and for sale from $5.95 to $9.95 and will be sold through www.entertechmedia.com and www.sightsound.com.

SightSound Technologies will encode and encrypt the selected programs, provide territorial rights management and digital distribution and process eCommerce transactions for EnterTech Media. All programs will be viewable with the Windows Media Player.
