GROUP LONG DISTANCE, INC. ("Group Long Distance" or the "Company") (Pink Sheets:GLDI) announced today that it had terminated its previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger with Quentra Networks, Inc. ("QUENTRA") (formerly Coyote Network Systems, Inc.).
QUENTRA has today announced that it has filed for bankruptcy protection.
GROUP LONG DISTANCE is a long distance telecommunications provider. The Company utilizes special network service contracts to provide its customers with products and services through major nationwide providers of telecommunications services.
