Pixo Appoints Dan McCammon as Chief Financial Officer

Pixo Adds Industry Veteran to Its Executive Management Team
Pixo, Inc., a leading developer of software and services for wireless phones, today announced that Dan McCammon has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). McCammon joins Pixo with more than 25 years of financial and administrative management experience in high tech. As the most recent addition to the Pixo management team, McCammon will play a crucial role in guiding the company's rapid expansion into the wireless market. His responsibilities will include managing financial planning and forecasting, accounting, treasury activities, investor relations, legal affairs and facilities management.
McCammon most recently served as CFO of MultiGen-Paradigm, Inc., a private software company where he successfully negotiated the company's acquisition by Computer Associates International (Nasdaq: CA). While at MultiGen-Paradigm, McCammon was responsible for financial reporting, financial planning, treasury, audit, purchasing and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to MultiGen-Paradigm, Inc., McCammon held top financial officer roles at the publicly traded NetFrame Systems, Inc., a PC server manufacturer, and McAfee Associates, Inc., now Network Associates, Inc. (Nasdaq: NETA), a security software developer, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, McCammon spent four years leading the financial function at Claris Corp., Apple Computer, Inc.'s application software subsidiary. McCammon has also held various financial positions at Apple Computer, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL), Datapoint Corp., and Ernst & Young.
McCammon received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas.
