FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2000

infoUSA.com, a partially owned subsidiary of infoUSA, Inc. (Nasdaq:IUSA), today announced that Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch, Inc. has renewed its license agreement for infoUSA.com's comprehensive business directory database.

The renewal enables visitors to the citysearch.com web site to continue to have access to the comprehensive and accurate directory information on nearly 12 million businesses in the infoUSA.com database.

Forbes Magazine columnist John Dvorak wrote in October that Internet directories relying on data from infoUSA.com were the "clear winners" in his search for information over the Web. The Forbes columnist added that the infoUSA.com directory not only found the restaurant he was seeking when other directories did not, but also located other new businesses.

In late October, infoUSA.com introduced its infoPIX business directory product, and thus far has added nearly 1 million photos of American businesses to what is already one of the most comprehensive and accurate business databases on the Web. When completed, infoPIX will feature photographs of about 6 million storefronts, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels and other commercial locations in major metropolitan and resort areas.

The infoUSA.com business directory database is also available on about 1500 Internet destinations, including Yahoo!, MSN and other popular sites.

"Having Ticketmaster Online-Citysearch extend our agreement validates our ability to deliver exceptional quality and quantity," said infoUSA.com President and CEO Bill Chasse. "That's what we're about -- providing world class directory data cost-effectively, and making that data even more valuable through ongoing enhancements and innovative products."
