Relationship Adds Leading Metro and Regional Optical Equipment to

Tokyo Electron's Communications Product Line

LuxN, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent, multi-service, optical access products, and Tokyo Electron Limited (TEL), a leading supplier of networking, I/O technology solutions, and semiconductor production equipment, today announced that TEL will be distributing the LuxN WavSystem(TM) wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) products throughout Japan. Beginning December 2000, TEL will offer comprehensive sales and technical support for the entire family of LuxN's optical networking solutions.
