"More than 100,000 family members enjoyed this breakthrough interactive live stage experience last year at Radio City Music Hall, and the critical and audience response was fantastic," said Jonathan Hochwald, the show's executive producer and president of SFX Family Entertainment. "We can't wait to bring BLUE'S CLUES LIVE! back to New York City."
In BLUE'S CLUES LIVE!, families are introduced to the wonders of theater from the moment they enter the venue as "Blue's Clues," which has inspired a cultural phenomenon among the preschool set, explodes into life onstage. BLUE'S CLUES LIVE! features well-loved and familiar characters from the series including Blue, Steve and all of their friends -- Mail Box, Slippery Soap, Tickety Tock, Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper -- along with some brand-new characters created just for the live show.
"We couldn't be more thrilled that the stage show has lived up to the incredible standards of the 'Blue's Clues' franchise," said Stuart Rosenstein, co-executive producer and vice president of Nickelodeon Theatricals. "BLUE'S CLUES LIVE! has raised the level of quality for children's live entertainment and successfully expanded an important brand for Nickelodeon. We see BLUES CLUES LIVE! becoming an annual franchise in the live family theatrical world."
BLUE'S CLUES LIVE! creators Angela C. Santomero and Gip Hoppe are first-time collaborators on the most interactive kids' theater presentation to date. Santomero is currently the co-executive producer and head writer for the television show. Hoppe wrote and directed the Broadway play "Jackie: An American Life." He is a founding member and co-artistic director of the Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre.

Yvette Helin, whose credits include significant contributions to "The Lion King" on Broadway, "The Wizard of Oz" National Tour and "Toy Story on Ice," is the puppet designer.
