ECI Telecom Ltd. (NASDAQ/NM symbol: ECIL) announces the commercial release of the ITX Convergent Support System (I-CSS) Version 3.0 further extending ECI Telecom's VoIP business support capabilities. The I-CSS product supports ECI Telecom's entire ITX Product Family including the ITX 180 and ITX 1000. ECI Telecom's I-CSS reaches beyond the traditional "back-office" to deliver a total business and real-time service management solution for IP Telephony. The advanced business management features of I-CSS Version 3.0 provide ITX customers the unrivaled advantage of supporting new Clearing House applications, bilateral settlements and E -commerce.
The I-CSS enables you to build, launch, and manage Internet telephony business services using the ITX Product Family. ECI Telecom's I-CSS combines the up-until-now separate telecommunications functions of order processing, operations, provisioning, customer support, real time accounting and settlement into a single integrated solution. The I-CSS delivers interactive command, control and real time accounting for IP Telephony services.
With the I-CSS, you can deliver basic and enhanced IP Telephony services including prepaid and credit calling card, land-line business and wholesale services.
