LearningByte International Forms Advisory Board; Peter Dow and Russell L. Ray Jr. Appointed to Advisory Board

LearningByte International, a leading provider of e-learning software and services, today announced a newly formed Advisory Board.
The Advisory Board will provide guidance on strategic issues and global business development. "Individuals appointed to the Advisory Board are luminaries in their respective fields," says Steven Shamblott, chairman of LearningByte International. "As we continue to focus our efforts on growth, the knowledge and experience of this group will be invaluable to the company."
The first two appointees to the Advisory Board are Peter Dow, former president and chairman of the executive committee of Campbell-Ewald, an advertising and marketing communications company and Russell L. Ray, Jr., former chairman, president and CEO of World Airways.
Peter Dow is an outside director of MascoTech, Inc., The Stroh Brewery Company, The Stroh Companies, Inc. and Comtrad Industries, Inc. He is a past director of Invetech Co., Inc., R.P. Scherer, Fretter, Inc. Republic Bank S.E. and The Campbell-Ewald Co., part of the Interpublic Group of Companies. Professionally, he has served as chairman of the Michigan Advertising Industry Alliance; president of the Adcraft Club of Detroit; president of the Detroit Advertising Association and director of the Association of National Advertisers. Mr. Dow is retired and a private investor in the company.
Russell Ray Jr. is former chairman, president and CEO of World Airways. He is past president and CEO of Pan American World Airways and Pacific Southwest Airlines. He has also held senior positions with British Aerospace Inc., McDonnell Douglas, Eastern Airlines and Lockheed Aircraft Corporation. He is currently chairman, executive committee of World Airways and board member, on the Board of Regents for Pepperdine University and a board member of Comtrad Industries, Inc. He has also held past board directorships for eight companies and multiple civic leadership positions.
