On Tuesday, February 29, 2000 the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE, Symbol: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0467 per share of common stock, payable on March 28, 2000 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2000. The ex-dividend date is March 10, 2000. The previous dividend declared in January was $0.0467 per share of common stock.
