On Friday, January 28, 2000, Bay Harbour Management, L.C., of Tampa, Florida, sold its remaining 800,000 shares of AAON, Inc. (NASDAQ: AAON). The block sold at $15-5/8 per share. At one time Bay Harbour controlled more than 1 million shares or about 16 percent of the shares outstanding. In 1999, Bay Harbour was unsuccessful in an attempt to obtain representation on AAON's Board of Directors.
