C-3D Digital Signs Warner Bros. for Hotel Movie Network; DDD's Private Television Network Gains Access to Additional First Run Films

Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX:DDD), doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the world's first 3D television network and 3D Internet media company, announced today that its private television network, Hotel Movie Network (HMN) signed an agreement with Warner Brothers, a subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc. (NYSE: TWX), the leading media and entertainment company.
According to the agreement, HMN will gain access to movies still in their theatrical release from Warner Brothers. &uot;Our agreement with Warner Brothers significantly expands our existing movie line-up with high-quality, in-demand first run movies. The recently released hit movie Three Kings is an example of the type of movies we will gain access to,&uot; stated Paul La Barre, Vice President of HMN Operations.
&uot;This agreement comes on the heels of a similar arrangement we made with Twentieth Century Fox (NYSE: FOX). Since C-3D Digital's acquisition of HMN in December of 1998, growth in the division has exceeded management's expectation every quarter in both revenue and rooms served. HMN is currently available in 11,000 rooms across the United States. HMN is positioned to become the world's first in-room network to offer 3D stereoscopic movies. Content for HMN is provided through movie studio agreements and programming produced by the Company's C-3D Television Network.
C-3D Digital is a leading innovator in the manufacture and development of 3D imagery and virtual reality entertainment for television and the Internet.
