Flooring America Strengthens Board of Directors; IBM Marketing Veteran Buck Rodgers Joins

Flooring America, Inc. (NYSE:FRA) today announced the appointment of F.G. Buck Rodgers to its board of directors. Mr. Rodgers retired from the IBM Corporation after a 34-year career. For a 10-year period, Mr. Rodgers served IBM as the Vice President of Marketing where he was responsible for marketing activities in the U.S and 131 countries.
Mr. Rodgers has authored several marketing and motivational books including the bestseller, THE IBM WAY and GETTING THE BEST OUT OF YOURSELF AND OTHERS. He was named Marketing Statesman of the Year by Sales and Marketing Executives International in 1987 and holds honorary Doctor of Law degrees from Miami University and Hartwick College, as well as a Doctor of Letters degree from Mount Union College.
