NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2000
Notice is hereby given that a class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of those persons and entities who purchased the common stock of Lucent Technologies, Inc. ("Lucent" or the "Company") between October 27, 1999 and January 6, 2000, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The complaint charges Lucent and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Sections 10(b) and 20(a), and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
