U.S. Department of Justice to Deploy Corel WordPerfect Office 2000 to Over 55,000 Employees: Multi-Million Dollar, Three-Year Corel Enterprise Licensing Agreement

Corel Corporation (Nasdaq:CORL) (TSE:COR) is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) has licensed over 55,000 seats of Corel WordPerfect(R) software.

The multi-million dollar Enterprise licensing agreement is a three-year site license for Corel. The site license includes WordPerfect Office 2000 Standard with Dragon NaturallySpeaking(TM), WordPerfect Office 2000 Professional and WordPerfect Law Office 2000, with the latter representing nearly 30 percent of the 55,000 seats.

Software House International (SHI), the DoJ contractor for the agreement, is glad to be part of the service offering.
