Security Asset Capital Corp.(OTCBB:SCYA) has completed the sale of $56 million dollars in portfolios producing a profit and has retained Pannell Kerr &Forster CPA's to audit the company and complete its 10SB filings.

The company's wholly owned Internet/e-commerce subsidiary, Broadband Technologies, is also presently courting several technology providers to pursue a strategic alliance. Broadband has proprietary technology, owns five patents and plans to become a major provider for multi-media content storage and delivery. Broadband intends to provide full screen, quality video on demand and warehousing for a multitude of businesses. Concentrating on the Video Streaming Media Industry, Broadband has patents and technology that may over time and with solutions to some inherent industry hurdels enhance delivery and storage of video relating to the Movie and Pay TV Industries.
