AGOURA HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 2000

Interscience Computer Corp. today reported that it had sold its fusing agent business to The Bradshaw Group of Richardson, Texas, for $550,000 in cash.

Walter Kornbluh, the company president, stated: &uot;This sale will enable the company to devote all of its resources and effort to work on the recently acquired data storage software business. The fusing agent business had assumed less importance since the acquisition of the software business and was not a part of the company's long-term plan.&uot;

In September, Interscience acquired assets relating to Camino Software Systems Inc. and its Highway Server, which provides transparent, multi-stage migration to optical storage from a variety of network platforms including Novell Netware, NT, MAC, and Unix. It can accommodate virtually unlimited volumes of information including database, image, audio/video conferencing and medical images. There are presently more than 50 companies testing or using this software.
