WHAT:  Satellite footage of DIRECTV ceremony honoring
       highly anticipated first ballot Hall of Fame
       Inductee and four-time Super Bowl Champion San
       Francisco 49er Ronnie Lott. The ceremony takes place
       in the DIRECTV booth at the Coca Cola Presents the
       NFL Experience in Atlanta, shortly after the NFL
       press conference to announce the NFL Hall of Fame
       Class of 2000.

       Footage to include in depth comments from Lott, in
       the wake of the NFL Hall of Fame announcement, on
