(OTCBB:MDCE) announced today that it has launched the Media Concepts,
Inc. investor relations Web site located at www.mdceinvestor.com
    The formal unveiling to the public will be on Jan. 6, 2000 at
10:30 am eastern standard time.
    The www.mdceinvestor.com site is designed to be an all-inclusive
online investor relation's package. Interested brokers, fund managers,
institutional investors and individual shareholders will now be able
to find all information publicly available on Media Concepts Inc. and
it's e-commerce division HOMtheater.com at this location. The

to the ticker symbol will remain pending the SEC review of soon to be
filed Form 10. Upon clearing any possible comments from the SEC the
company understands that it has met the new eligibility requirements
for the OTCBB (Over The Counter Bulletin Board ) and expects the NASD
(National Association of Securities Dealers ) to approve Media
Concepts Inc. for resumed trading on the OTCBB.
