XACCT Releases Free Source Code for IPDR; IP Mediation Market Leader to Put Source Code with Reference Implementation of IPDR in Public Domain

IPDR

The Internet Protocol Detail Record (IPDR) Organization is a non-profit, ad-hoc industry group working to define the essential elements of data exchange between network elements, operations support systems, and business support systems. Its purpose is to provide the foundation for open, carrier-grade IP support systems that enable next-generation IP networks to operate efficiently and cost effectively.
