On Jan. 31, 2000, PACEL Corp. (OTCBB:PLRP), a business software developer and provider of business-related Internet solutions to small and mid-sized companies, announced that it has filed a response to the SEC comments on the registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed public offering of common stock to be offered by PACEL.
PACEL is a software applications development company and systems integrator located approximately 30 miles outside of Washington D.C. in Manassas, Va. PACEL specializes in providing innovative software products for clients in the commercial, industrial and government marketplace. PACEL also offers a full line of Internet services and provides information technology consulting services.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective.
