Roberto E. Perez to Head Pall Corporation Medical Products Manufacturing

Roberto E. Perez has joined Pall Corporation (NYSE: PLL) as President of the Company's Medical Products Manufacturing Group and a Vice President of Pall Corporation.

Prior to joining Pall, Mr. Perez served as Corporate Vice President and President of Baxter International's Fenwal Division, which provides instruments and disposables for the collection, separation, storage and transfusion of blood components.
Pall's medical products are used extensively in blood centers and hospitals for patients requiring blood transfusions, open-heart surgery, organ transplants, dialysis, intravenous feeding and breathing therapy. Perez will draw upon his extensive medical device experience and industry savvy to meet Pall's customers' demands for diverse, high performance filtration products.
Pall reported fiscal 1999 sales of its medical products in excess of $270 million. The market for these products is estimated at $4.3 billion.
Perez holds a BS in Industrial Engineering. He has served on the Board of Trustees for the National Blood Foundation.
