Office Depot Becomes First Retailer to Offer Full Range of Xerox Network Printers

Award-Winning Phaser(R) 850 Also Displayed on Store Shelves
Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) today announced that Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) will be the first nationwide retailer to offer Xerox network laser and solid ink printers through its 836 retail stores and commercial catalog.
The award-winning Tektronix Phaser 850 solid ink color printer by Xerox, one of Xerox' most popular network printers, will be displayed on Office Depot store shelves. Other available products include Phaser color laser printers and the DocuPrint N Series family of high-speed black and white laser printers.
"This agreement with Office Depot will allow us to bring our superior network solid ink and laser printing technology to an even wider audience," said Gerry Perkel, president, Xerox Office Printing Business. "With our full line of network monochrome and color printers, Xerox offers the most comprehensive printer selection. Now, these products will be even easier for companies to obtain."

All network printers will be available by special order through Office Depot, starting July 16. They will be delivered free to a customer's shipping address within five business days. All consumables will also be available by special order through Office Depot locations. Retail prices for Xerox network printers range from $1,099 to $5,435.
Office Depot already carries a complete line of Xerox products designed for small office/home office customers, including digital copier/printers, inkjet printers and multifunction devices.
