Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE:MAA) today announced that the Board of Directors has declared a Second Quarter Dividend of 58 cents per common share payable July 31, 2000 to holders of record July 24, 2000.
As established in prior quarters, The Company is declaring its quarterly dividend in advance of its earning's announcement that will be made on July 31, 2000.
