LifeMap Communications, Inc., a leading developer of knowledge-based software applications for human resources benefits communications, education, and training, made public today the details of the Company's aggressive nationwide expansion of its national sales efforts to accelerate the sales and support of the Company's award-winning employee self-service application.
LifeMap Communications has just completed relocating the Company headquarters based in Walnut Creek, Calif. to a spacious 8,000-foot facility to accommodate the Company's impressive growth. Simultaneously, the Company opened an additional corporate office in Plano, Texas, and opened regional sales offices in Chicago, Denver, and Philadelphia.
"This five-city expansion is a signal to the industry that LifeMap Communications is aggressively establishing a national presence based on the success of its flagship product, LifeMap, and the recent infusion of capital," said Brian A. Ambrose, president, chief operating officer, and cofounder of LifeMap Communications.
"The LifeMap product has enjoyed tremendous receptivity across the nation by organizations large and small," said Tom Brassil, vice president of sales, based in Walnut Creek. "Expanding the number of offices and sales team enables these professionals to meet face-to-face with people interested in LifeMap in the United States and Canada, and respond to the needs of the local market very quickly," said Brassil.
One of the three original Company cofounders and Vice President of Marketing Susan V. Shahon heads the corporate office based in Plano, Texas, located north of Dallas. Recent appointments include Robert Phaneuf as National Sales Manager of the Independent Broker Partner Program and the following regional managers: Kim Baldwin, based in Denver, Colo., who is responsible for the mountain states and south-central United States; Philadelphia-based Leo Cimini will oversee operations in the northeast and southeast; Dan McCarthy, based in the Chicago suburb of Westchester, will service the northern, north-central United States, and Canada; and Sevin Phillips recently joined the Company as northwest regional manager to cover California and the Pacific Northwest.
