Emerald Solutions Joins Siebel Alliance Program; Emerald Systems to Provide Innovative eBusiness Solutions to Fortune 1000 and Future Fortune 1000 Clients

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 2000

Emerald Solutions Inc., a provider of e-business professional services, today announced that it has entered into an alliance with Siebel Systems, the leading supplier of e-business application software.

Emerald will join the Siebel Alliance Program as a Consulting Partner. The new alliance with Siebel Systems is consistent with Emerald's commitment to developing relationships with market leaders and delivering comprehensive and strategic Customer Interaction solutions to its clients. Emerald's experience with Siebel projects includes joint work with clients such as Enstar and, currently, Handyman Online (see today's release, "Handyman Online Engages Emerald Solutions"). Emerald will continue to work with Siebel Systems to develop opportunities across the country with clients ranging from the Fortune 1000 to the future Fortune 1000.
