American Multiplexer Corporation Appoints New Board of Directors; New Board Includes HP Executive and Pre-IPO Veteran

American Multiplexer Corporation (AMC)(OTCBB:AMUT) announced today the appointment of four new members to AMC's board of directors that occurred at the third annual general meeting of stockholders.
One of the appointments to the company's board of directors is Barbara Stinnett, Director Worldwide Sales, E-Service and Service Provider Infrastructure for Hewlett-Packard. Barbara Stinnett has over 20 years of experience with HP that includes the creation and development of a new line of business for the company that grew into a $1B business in less than three years. In addition to her HP responsibilities, she also councils pre-IPO companies.
Additional new board members that were appointed include: John Andreini, who is the founder and principal owner of Andreini Insurance Company, one of the largest insurance brokers in the US; Richard Casey, president of Venture Capital Services for Imperial Bank; and Karl Schleicher, a german Industrialist and major stock holder of AMC.

In addition, AMC has appointed Morrison Foerster as the company's Security Attorney as well as General Counsel. They will replace the firm of Wilson Sonsini.
