Konica Introduces New 'All-In-One' Fax Machine; FAX 9930 Multifunctional System is a Powerful Workgroup Resource

Konica Business Technologies, Inc., the innovation leader in digital imaging solutions, today announced the introduction of its latest multifunction machine the FAX 9930 Multifunctional System that offers high-speed faxing; PC fax, print and scan; full Internet fax and networking capabilities.
"The new 9930 is a highly productive, cost-effective solution that meets a wide variety of document communication needs for today's office environments," said Kevin Kern, vice president, digital systems solutions and new product development. "Producing this technologically advanced MFP demonstrates how Konica is empowering the business world to communicate more effectively."
Konica's Fax 9930 offers state-of-the art multifunctionality for the mid-to high-volume office environments. The 9930 provides 10 page-per-minute (ppm) copy and print speed, standard 600 x 600 dpi scan and output resolution, 1.5 second Quick Scanning, 1000 pages of standard memory for high-volume departments, and a standard 72-hour memory back up for critical situations. Other features include: fax to email technology, a second-line upgrade option and a QWERTY keyboard that makes entering numbers easy. JBIG compression technology and Super G3 allows the FAX 9930 to transmit faster than regular G3 machines while cutting down on telephone expenses.

JetSuite(R) Pro
JetSuite(R) Pro Connectivity software, with standard configuration, can turn the Konica FAX 9930 into a multifunction machine. JetSuite Pro is an easy-to-use document management tool, with a graphic display that illustrates each step of the scanning process. Scanned files can be easily stored in one of many file folders, or the customer can name their own folders as well.

The Konica FAX 9930 is currently available through Konica's North American direct sales, authorized dealer and reseller network. Manufacturer's suggested retail price for the FAX 9930 is $3295.
