SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 2000
Click To Market, Inc., a leading provider of real-time solutions for Community Collaboration Management, today announced a strategic alliance with NBCi's AllBusiness.com (Nasdaq:NBCI), the virtual business partner for small and growing businesses.
The agreement enables AllBusiness.com to offer its millions of small business customers access to Click To Market's online services, which enable more effective management of customer communities by providing ways to gather customer profiles and feedback.
The alliance will allow Click To Market's community management solution to be offered through a co-branded Web site found in AllBusiness.com's sales and marketing channel. The Click To Market solution includes a suite of online services that enable lifetime dialogue and interaction within a community, intelligent capture of psychographic data and execution of real-time critical business actions. AllBusiness.com customers will receive seamless access to these services plus the use of pre-defined questionnaires and surveys designed for small businesses to gather user preferences and feedback including consumer purchase attitudes, customer satisfaction and web site evaluation.
"AllBusiness.com is very excited to be working with Click To Market to create a fully co-branded site that allows us to offer their community management solution as part of our overall small business offering," said Jeff McMahon, Vice President of Business Development of AllBusiness.com. "By combining the service with our strategic content and expert advice, we can provide a more integrated solutions for our small business customers."
ClicktoMarket's joint solution enables AllBusiness.com to continually monitor user preferences, which can contribute to faster revenue growth, lower customer acquisition and retention costs and better online service through real-time interaction -- this seems like a lot of hard information and it's also a forward looking statement. We need to preface this with that ABC believes theses will occur and possibly tone it way down as well (also the word `superior' seems overkill]. By adding the Click To Market solution as part of their offering, AllBusiness.com is able to provide one of the most complete suite of community services for small businesses available in the industry today.
"We're looking forward to an exciting and rewarding alliance with AllBusiness.com," said Kevin D'Souza, President and COO of Click To Market. "Our suite of services for Community Collaboration Management is rapidly being adopted by many online entities, and we are delighted to be able to deploy our scalable solution to meet the needs of small businesses through this partnership."
