Arden Realty Inc. (NYSE:ARI) received the top Digital Media, or Digie, Award in the real estate investment trust category at RealComm 2000, the largest annual conference dedicated to the Internet, e-commerce and technology for commercial real estate.

Approximately 3,000 real estate and technology professionals attended the RealComm 2000 conference -- more than three times the attendance last year and indicative of the industry's accelerating development of technology applications. Realcomm cited Arden and its Web site (www.ardenrealty.com) as "setting a new standard" in Web site design and innovation, as well as achieving overall excellence in the best use of the Internet.
