IBM (NYSE:IBM) and IT Design of Dublin announce a strategic global alliance to transform the development of business solutions for Human Services, Social Security and Pensions Applications through Curam - a comprehensive enterprise solution framework that addresses core business needs in the $22 billion (U.S. dollars) global Human Services and Social Security industries, including Client and Case Management, Financial Management, Contribution Management and Administration.
By combining IBM's market presence with the business technology of IT Design, this strategic alliance offers world-class Human Services and Social Security solutions that can be tailored to meet specific customer needs. Through this agreement, customers can develop mission-critical applications faster, for less cost and at less risk.

- Integrated Case Management for Benefits, Service Plans,

- Administration for Security, Organization structures, Product
definitions, Currency exchange, Bank Accounts and Code Tables
Curam is designed to meet the core operational needs of Human Services and Social Security organizations including Intake, Assessment, Eligibility, Financial Transaction processing and Case Management. As the Transaction Engine Curam has direct support for e-business operations by providing internet-based access for Clients and Service Providers.
Curam represents a strategic approach to the development of solutions for Human Services and Social Security organizations.
