                  partners and Fannie Mae (FNM/NYSE), the nation's
                  largest source of financing for home mortgages, to
                  announce "House Northern New England," a
                  three-state, multibillion dollar investment plan to
                  finance affordable housing for 30,000 New Hampshire
                  families. The opening of the Northern New England
                  Partnership Office, which will service both Maine
                  and Vermont, will also be announced.
