GO.com And eBay To Launch Co-Branded Person-To-Person Online Trading Destination; New Site Features Links to the GO.com Portal And eBay

As a result of the relationship announced in February, GO.com (NYSE:GO), the Internet business of The Walt Disney Company, and eBay(R) (NASDAQ:EBAY) (www.ebay.com), the world's leading online trading community today launched a new, co-branded person-to-person online trading site.

The new site will be accessible at http://ebay.go.com and include direct links the GO.com family of Web sites.

The co-branded site is designed to make it easier for GO.com's 18 million users to actively participate and enjoy the fun of shopping on eBay's dynamic global marketplace of over 12 million registered users.

The new person-to-person site should be widely promoted across the online and offline assets of The Walt Disney Company. GO.com will drive online traffic to the site from many of Disney's online properties, including ABC.com, Disney.com, ESPN.com, and the GO.com portal.

As previously announced, GO.com and eBay plan to launch merchant-to-person online trading destinations for Disney.com, ESPN.com and ABC.com. These sites will be designed to showcase unique, exclusive and authenticated products, props and memorabilia from throughout The Walt Disney Company, including Walt Disney Studios, Disneyland and Walt Disney World, ESPN Cable Networks and ABC Television.

In addition, the companies plan to promote the sites throughout Disney's traditional offline properties, including the ABC Television Network, ABC Radio Network, ESPN Cable Networks, Disney Channel, the Disney Catalog, theme parks, the annual Disneyana Convention and in other special events and promotions developed by the companies.
