Quintel Communications, Inc. Launches Email Management Subsidiary; Appoints Direct Marketing Veteran, Jeffrey M. Feldman, as President

Quintel Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: QTEL) announced the launch of Quintel Email, Inc. which will manage and market email lists for Quintel, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the email lists of third parties. Quintel has appointed Mr. Jeffrey M. Feldman, a 20-year veteran of the direct response industry, as the President of Quintel Email, Inc. Mr. Feldman will own a 10 percent equity interest in Quintel Email, Inc., while Quintel will own the remaining 90 percent of the equity.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Jeffrey Schwartz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quintel Communications, Inc., said, "Quintel Email, Inc. serves as another essential value added service of the growing Quintel Network. This new subsidiary should enable Quintel to further monetize the Quintel Network's database of over 5 million profiled permission based consumers. It will also serve as an additional revenue producing service that we can offer our strategic partners as we continue to expand the Quintel Network." Mr. Schwartz added that, "Jeffrey Feldman, the President of Quintel Email, Inc., is a very experienced direct marketing executive with a wealth of contacts who should be a tremendous asset to this new business venture."
Mr. Feldman has 20 years of experience in the direct response industry. He previously served as Vice President for Walter Karl, Inc. and President of JAMI Marketing Services, Inc. He is a graduate of Emory University with a B.B.A. in Marketing.
Commenting on his new position, Mr. Feldman said, "I am excited to work with Quintel and its highly regarded management team. They have already built a substantial, profiled, online database that the new business should be able to market effectively right away.
