Business Layers Selects Alex Lazar As New Sales Executive

ROCHELLE PARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 2000

Business Layers' announced that it has hired Alex Lazar as Vice President of sales for the United States. He will be responsible for managing the sales in North America.

Lazar brings to Business Layers extensive experience at providing enterprise wide systems solutions to FORTUNE 500 Companies. He has been a pioneer in bringing LDAP directories and directory-enabled applications to these businesses.

Prior to joining Business Layers, Lazar was Vice President of Critical Path Inc. (CPTH, NASDAQ), which subsequently acquired ISOCOR where he served as Vice President of Sales. Both companies provide business-to-business Internet messaging, LDAP directories and collaboration solutions.

Alex was a founder of and ran worldwide sales and support operations for ISICAD, a network management software company. He earned a Business degree at DePaul University.
