Brings track record as business builder to lead introduction of
new solution for delivering smart applications over the Internet
iKNOWLEDGE, creator of an integrated solution for the delivery of smart, interactive web-based applications, announced that Dan Trajman has been appointed President and CEO. The iKNOWLEDGE solution combines connectivity, management, creation and delivery into an integrated platform for the deployment of next-generation web applications.
Trajman brings more than 16 years of high-tech business experience and specializes in companies from early stage to positions in the public market. He is a founding partner of Levy Trajman Management Investment LLC, which invests in high-tech portfolio companies. At LTMI, Trajman focused on fast-growth, high-tech software companies located in the world's most active centers of technology and entrepreneurship in Boston, Europe and Israel. He is well known for his expertise in helping businesses to become new market, growth organizations - particularly in the interactive web applications arena.

-- CEO at CTI Squared, a Burlington, MA, provider of universal messaging platforms. -- Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Lernout & Hauspie Speech Products (NASD: LHSP), the first Belgian company listed on NASDAQ. During his stewardship, he directed the transformation of L&H from a technology-driven company to a marketing-driven business, taking the firm through its initial and secondary public offerings, bringing the market capitalization to nearly $700 million. -- Director of Product Management and Marketing at Scitex America (NASD:SCIXF), where he established the firm's product strategies and played key roles in building the business from $37 million in annual revenues, through public offerings, to more than $600 million in annual revenues.
Trajman received his MAUD degree from Harvard University and his B. Arch from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
