Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, one of the worldwide leaders in management and IT consulting, and NetValue, a specialist in Internet audience and behavior measurement, have decided to combine forces to offer specialized E-business services in the French market.
This agreement stems from each company's desire to provide clients with a complete strategic evaluation of Internet opportunities. This evaluation will be based on reliable data compiled by NetValue each month. Cap Gemini Ernst & Young teams, will have direct access to the audience and behavior measurement data produced by NetValue's representative panels of @ home Internet users.

This non-exclusive partnership will primarily consist of the following:
-- Development of specialized products & services:
-- Elaboration of the consulting services that accompany
businesses in the development or enlargement of their Internet
strategy.
-- Development of new services and products that better analyze
the various markets concerned and their difficulties:
cooperative reflection models (recruitment, customer loyalty,
sector studies, etc.) and the implementation of customized and
@ work panels.
-- Diffusion of market information through the edition of an
electronic newsletter (E Observatory) and by the joint
organization of seminars and workshops (the effect of the
Internet on marketing practices, organizational structures,
etc.). The first seminar is planned for September 2000.
Given the increased speed of business in this new E-economy, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and NetValue also plan to offer the unique service of providing useful information with nearly simultaneous data-analysis.
At this time the partnership concerns the French market but may, at a later date, be extended to include other countries.
