FastFlow(R) Suite Helps CSPs Quickly Enter New Markets and Compete Effectively
CommTech's FastFlow(R) Suite, currently managing 5 million lines in North America and Europe, comprises two products: FastFlow Order Fulfillment and FastFlow Service Activation. Each product comprises a number of specific applications including Product & Service Catalog and DSL Activation. The heart of FastFlow is its Workflow Engine, a Persistent Event Bus that provides Java/CORBA/XML/SQL integration with CommTech and OSS vendor partner applications.
FastFlow's Business Process Editor (BPE) completes the picture by providing rapid, simplified customization of FastFlow-based systems and integration with third-party OSSs. CSPs can obtain FastFlow solutions two ways: (1) traditional, outright purchase of a right-to-use license; (2) its market-leading FastFlow ASP(S212) offering. CommTech was first in the global market to announce an ASP-hosted OSS customer, in February 2000.
