Background:

Since then, NextCard has hired over 150 employees for the new facility. By December 31, 2000, NextCard will employ over 700 employees in Phoenix to meet the company's aggressive growth and deliver superior customer service.
The 100,000 square foot facility supports NextCard's growing customer base with real-time chat interaction, email and telephone support. Mark Attinger, a 13 year veteran of American Express, heads the facility.
