WHAT:  Savoir Faire is hosting a Cow Parade Bon Voyage Reception to
       support our local art community.

       The beautifully decorated cows in this exhibit will soon be
       joining the large Cow Parade in New York City. A full-page
       color article about this event appeared in Saturday's issue of
       the San Francisco Chronicle. Please let us know if you will be
       able to attend by calling Becky Jackson at our office:
       415/884-8090. This reception is by invitation only.

WHEN:  The Cow Parade Bon Voyage Reception will be held Thursday,
       June 29 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

WHERE: Yerba Buena Center Gardens on 701 Mission Street in San
       Francisco (between 3rd and 4th).

WHO:   Members of the Bay Area's art community are expected to be in
       attendance such as: De Young Museum, Legion of Honor, San
       Francisco Galleries (Bergruen, Campbell/Thiebaud, Rena
       Bronstein, etc.) Faculty of the San Francisco Art Institute,
       Academy of Art, California College of Arts, UC Berkeley, San
       Francisco State, etc., as well as various local artists.

KEY BACKGROUND:

       On exhibit from Thursday, June 29 through Sunday, July 2 will
       be life-sized cows painted by some of California's most
       prominent artists, including Squeak Carnwath, Roy De Forest,
       David Lynch, Manuel Neri, Ruby Neri, Nathan Olivera and William
       Wiley. These cows (with 500 other life-sized fiberglass cows
       painted by various artists) will be on display this summer on
       streets, parks, and public venues throughout New York City.
