New Product Supplier Agreements Signed with Baker & Taylor, Inc.,

Ingram Entertainment Inc., Ingram Micro, Inc. (NYSE:IM), Muze, Inc.,

and TechData Corporation (NASDAQ:TECD)

CrossCommerce, the industry's first E-Merchandising Service Provider, announced today that it has signed new product supplier agreements to expand the number of stock-keeping units (SKUs) and product categories contained in the CrossCommerce Virtual Product Warehouse(TM). The Virtual Product Warehouse, a key component of the CrossCommerce E-Merchandising Platform(TM), provides subscribing customers with access to millions of intelligently categorized SKUs across a broad range of product categories.

The new product supplier agreements with Baker & Taylor, Ingram Entertainment Inc., Ingram Micro, Inc., Muze, Inc. and TechData Corporation further expand what is the largest online inventory of merchandise offered by any vendor in the industry. CrossCommerce has added over 3 million new SKUs that span a wide range of product categories including books, videos, DVDs, video games, CDs, computer hardware and software and office supplies. The company's Virtual Product Warehouse now features 26 product categories.

The establishment of these new product supplier agreements closely follows the recently announced CrossCommerce relationship with QRS Corporation (NASDAQ:QRSI), a leading provider of e-commerce solutions to the retail industry. Through its partnership with QRS Corporation, CrossCommerce subscribers will have access to more than 73 million Universal Product Codes from over 8 thousand manufacturers.

"We offer our customers a comprehensive outsourced e-commerce solution by handling everything from product sourcing and intelligent merchandising, to transaction processing and order fulfillment," says Karl Augat, Director of Business Development with CrossCommerce. "Our E-Merchandising Service Provider model is specifically designed to shield customers from the complexity and high-cost of becoming an online commerce provider. The Virtual Product Warehouse plays a key role by eliminating their exposure to maintaining physical inventory. We'll continue to add product suppliers to ensure we offer the greatest breadth of leading products for our rapidly growing subscriber base."
