The financing included investment from TMCT Ventures, Peregrine Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRGN), and Avalon Investments as well as AAS Technologies.

Under the terms of the investment, AAS Technologies and SupplyAccess(TM) will jointly develop and market a business-to-business e-Procurement solution for the aerospace industry. The application is fully hosted, allowing even the largest customers to be live in less than 30 days with minimal start-up costs, while still capable of any level of desired additional integration with back-end business systems, including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft and JD Edwards.

Karl Brown, Chairman and CEO of American Aircarriers Support said, "This investment in SupplyAccess is an example of how AAS Technologies can leverage the infrastructure, intellectual capital and industry relationships of the company into technology related agreements.
