The FeedRoom.com Readies for Launch

By Building Relationships With Major Content Providers

The FeedRoom Inc., an interactive broadband TV news network created by former CBS News executive Jonathan Klein, announced today that it has entered into relationships with USATODAY.com and Reuters. Reuters will provide The FeedRoom with news video and text from its global news network, and USATODAY.com will provide text as well as animations using its famous eye-catching graphics.

The FeedRoom, slated to launch in the second quarter of 2000, capitalizes on the convergence of traditional and new media through the expertise of a top-tier management team, which includes former executives from CBS, NBC and Channel One. The FeedRoom will aggregate the latest news and information from all media, including leading networks, local television and radio stations, cable channels and documentary producers.

Reuters will provide The FeedRoom with three news sources: The U.S. Online Report, Television World News, and U.S. Online Video.

- Reuters U.S. Online Video includes up to a dozen video clips per day,
featuring four or five Reuters Reports, an end-of-day Business wrap that deals
with market numbers and top stories, two "Showbiz" natural sound video clips a
day, and two or three natural sound news video clips
